Members of the Vancouver Island Intergrated Major Crime Unit (VIIMCU) and Saanich Police Detectives are currently engaged in a death investigation at a residence in the 700 block of Cameo Street.
Police were called to the area in response to a serious incident at approximately 07:20 this morning. There are no outstanding suspects at this time and no reason for area residents to be concerned for their safety.
Further details will be made available to local media at a press conference held at Saanich Police Department (760 Vernon Ave) at approximately 15:00 hours.
