IN PROGRESS driving complaints must be phoned in to the police non-emergency phone number of 250-475-4321. An investigating officer will be assigned the complaint in the first instance.

 

This online reporting method is for specific driving offences only. For an officer to be able to investigate a driving complaint, you must include the following details:

  •      Suspect vehicle license plate
  •      Description of the driving offense
  • Date, time, and location of alleged offence
  •      Confirmation that you are willing to attend Traffic Court to provide witness evidence if necessary

Driving complaints that meet the above noted criteria will be assigned to an investigating officer for follow-up with you. 

 Complaints that do not meet the above noted criteria will be received for information purposes only and archived.

Anyone wishing to report a driving complaint can submit their report by either;
