Investigation by on-duty Patrol officers revealed that there had been no break-in to the residence.
The suspect, a 34 year old male Saanich resident who is well known to police, was arrested and released to attend court in the near future. A significant quantity of drugs were recovered and charges of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking are being considered.
