UPDATE – 16-11-14
On Sunday November 13, 201, at around 3:30 PM, Saanich Police were contacted about a deceased person found in Cuthbert Holmes Park in Saanich. Saanich Police Detectives and the Saanich Police Forensic Identification Section attended and have been able to rule out anything suspicious surrounding the discovery.
Police can now confirm the deceased person found is Michelle Moss who was reported missing on October 23, 2016. The investigation has been passed along to the BC Coroner’s Service and the family has requested privacy at this time.

Saanich Police Investigators are asking for the public’s help in locating Michelle Moss. Michelle was living in the 900 block of Violet Ave in Saanich and on October 23, 2016 her common law spouse reported her missing.
Michelle Moss is described as a 38 year old Caucasian woman weighing 170-180 pounds and stands 5’3” tall. Michelle has short blonde hair, blue eyes, and was last seen wearing grey sweatpants, a green pull over sweater and carrying a clutch purse.
Michelle occasionally uses BC Transit as a mode of Transportation. She was last seen at a bus stop, on Thursday October 20, 2016, at Tillicum Rd/Burnside Rd West. Michelle has been known to frequent the downtown area and that may have been a possible destination for her.
“We are asking for the Public’s help and for them to call us and let us know if they have seen Michelle” A/Sgt. Jereme Leslie said. “Michelle’s family and our Officers are concerned for her wellbeing.”
