The Saanich Police are investigating a road-rage incident around 12:00 p.m. on July 22, 2020 where a cyclist spat in the face of a motorist on Sayward Road at the Pat Bay Highway.
The cyclist is described as a Caucasian man, 30 years old, slim build, 5’11”, dark hair, dark glasses and clean-shaven. He was witnessed to be wearing a black and white helmet and a black cycling clothing.
