The Saanich Police Department’s Major Crime Unit is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a group of people associated with a vehicle which attended Uptown Shopping Centre at approximately 9:20 pm on May 29, 2023.
The vehicle is believed to be a black Dodge Charger and detectives are looking for information from the persons associated with the vehicle as part of a serious threats investigation.
