Saanich Police are asking the public for assistance in locating a missing 38 year old
male, Timothy KEELING. Timothy KEELING was last seen on Sunday, November 26, 2023 in the downtown
Victoria area. Timothy’s vehicle was later located at the 300-block of Beach Drive, in
Oak Bay. Timothy is described as medium build, 5’11 / 180cm, 200 lbs / 90 kg, with brown hair
and blue eyes.
“We are concerned for Timothy’s well-being as he has not been heard from, and this is
unusual for him,” stated Sgt. Damian Kowalewich.
Anyone who may have seen Timothy since Saturday November 25, 2023, or may know
his whereabouts, is asked to contact the Saanich Police at 250-475-4321 or email
majorcrime@saanichpolice.ca.
*In addition, police are asking anyone who was at McNeill Bay in Oak Bay after 4pm on
November 26 to contact the Major Crimes Unit.
