Saanich Police are asking the publics assistance in identifying the female driver of an SUV which was involved in a hit and run that seriously injured a 7-year-old child.
The incident took place at approximately 12:30pm on November 22nd, at the Burnside Rd W. entrance to Tillicum Mall. The vehicle was leaving the Mall parking lot when it struck the child seriously injuring their leg.
The vehicle was last scene heading eastbound on Burnside Rd. W.
