The Saanich Police have identified the body of missing person Timothy Mackness as the deceased male found near the Lochside Regional Trail on Oct. 6. His death is not considered suspicious. “Our condolences go out to the family and friends of Mr. Mackness. At this point, the BC Coroners Service will assume conduct of the file,” stated D/Sgt. Damian Kowalewich.
