On October 6, 2025, just after 2p.m., the Saanich Police received a report of a robbery at a business in the 3700 block of Quadra St. The report indicated that a male had entered a store, produced an edged weapon and demanded money. The suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Saanich Patrol officers flooded the area and located the suspect a few blocks away from the scene of the robbery. They were arrested just after 2:30p.m. without incident and transported to cells.
Our investigation into the matter continues.
